How are hours recorded and logged?

We utilize Monday.com to monitor our tasks and time, allowing you to access real-time logs to view our progress. Time entries are rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment.

What services can I use my hours towards?

  1. Hubspot, Monday.com, and Airtable build-outs: This includes the design, build, maintenance, and training of these systems. The focus is on workflow automation to help businesses increase productivity and efficiency.

  2. Technical support: This includes help desk support, email setup and support, software updates, virus and malware protection, and system optimization.

  3. Data management and reporting: This includes data backup and recovery, data analysis and visualization, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.

  4. System administration and user management: This includes user access management, security and authentication management, and user training.

  5. Workflow automation: This includes advanced workflow automation setup and configuration, automation design and implementation, and integration with third-party tools and services.

  6. Custom software development: This includes custom platform development, custom fields, templates, and workflows, and integration with custom APIs and services.

  7. Business intelligence and analytics: This includes data warehousing, data analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Do my plan hours expire?

No, all hours purchased through a plan do not expire.  

 

 

 

 

What if I need more hours than what's included in my plan?

You can add more hours to your plan at your plan's hourly rate. If you find that you need more hours on a consistent basis, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to receive a better hourly rate.

Can I upgrade my plan during the month to get a lower hourly rate?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime, and your new hourly rate will take effect immediately. If you upgrade your plan mid-month, any additional hours used will be charged at the new hourly rate for the remainder of the month.

For example, let's say you are on the Growth Plan, have used 10 of your allotted 20 hours for the month, and want to upgrade to the Premium Plan. Your new hourly rate on the Premium Plan is $82/hour, and any additional hours used for the remainder of the month will be charged at this new rate. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about upgrading your plan.

Do you offer discounts for using more hours?

Yes, we offer automatic discounts for using more hours. The more hours you use, the higher your discount. Here are the discounts you'll receive:

  • 10% off if you use more than 100 hours per month
  • 15% off if you use more than 175 hours per month
  • 25% off if you use more than 300 hours per month

These discounts are automatically applied to your hourly rate and reflected in your monthly invoice. Please contact us if you have any questions about our pricing breaks.

What is a technology roadmap?

A technology roadmap is a strategic plan that outlines the technology solutions and services that will be provided over time. It can help businesses plan and prioritize their technology needs and ensure that they invest in the right solutions.
